Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor

We are partnering with a leading property developer to recruit their new Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor. With a turnover of approximately £200 million and a valued team of around 300 employees, this organisation has built a strong reputation in the industry. Health and safety have always been integral to its culture, and this role will play a crucial part in ensuring continued success.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated health and safety professional looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage across sites to implement health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and supporting contractor development.
  2. Assist with training, toolbox talks, inductions, and incident investigations as required.
  3. Provide expert advice and support to site managers and employees on all HSEQ matters.
  4. Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-misses, implementing measures to prevent recurrence.

About You:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or a related industry.
  2. NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
  3. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
  4. An understanding of ISO Management Systems (9001, 45001, 14001).
