Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to develop our H&S resource aligned to our Government client's key Research and Development Campus facility in Weybridge.
The customer is a major central government entity, and this site is the largest and most critical, housing critical science, research facilities, and general working spaces in a campus-type setup.
While we provide support to the day-to-day Facilities - Engineering Maintenance, Cleaning, Catering, Security, etc., there is also plenty of construction work going on across the site with various contractors completing high-risk activities.
To ensure smooth management of these works, we are looking for a Contractor Management Lead to head up our growing Contractor Management office, which is responsible for the review and implementation of our Safe Systems of Work programme (SSoW).
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the efficient, compliant, and consistent operation of the Contractor Management Office, ensuring safe work conditions, accurate completion of Site Authority to Work Documents, Permits to Work, and adherence to SSOW across the site.
