About the Company - A leading Risk Management Consultancy is seeking a highly qualified Chartered Health, Safety & Fire Consultant to join their prestigious and rapidly expanding team, covering clients across London and the surrounding areas. This is a home-based role with regional travel, offering an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across both commercial and residential settings.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  1. Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) – Essential
  2. A recognised Fire Risk Assessor qualification (e.g. IFE, IFSM, or equivalent, Level 3)
  3. A recognised Level 3 Fire Qualification
  4. Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments and health & safety audits in both residential and commercial environments
  5. Full UK Driving License
  6. A strong consultancy background, advising clients across multiple sectors on compliance and best practice

Responsibilities -

  1. Conduct comprehensive Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments across both residential and commercial properties
  2. Provide tailored Health & Safety management systems and documentation to meet client needs
  3. Carry out and produce detailed fire risk assessments and safety audits in accordance with UK legislation
  4. Generate clear and actionable Health & Safety management reports
  5. Deliver expert consultancy, training, and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with UK regulations
  6. Conduct audits and inspections to assess and improve safety standards across multi-site operations
  7. Advise clients on all aspects of UK Health, Safety & Fire legislation, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory obligations

Pay range and compensation package: £56,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Package Home-Based with Regional Travel
