Health, Safety & Compliance Manager
Home-based with travel
Contract: 12-month FTC
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

A leading UK hospitality company is seeking a Health, Safety & Compliance Manager to support internal Construction and FM teams with expert safety advice and solutions. You'll ensure legislative compliance and maintain a safe environment for General Managers, colleagues, and guests.

Responsibilities of the Health, Safety & Compliance Manager will include:

  1. Overseeing internal CDM systems and ensuring project compliance.
  2. Auditing Health & Safety KPIs for on-site projects.
  3. Acting as Principal Designer for small-scale projects.
  4. Managing HSE prequalification for new contractors.
  5. Investigating incidents and implementing lessons learned.
  6. Collaborating with supply chain partners to maintain safety standards.
  7. Providing asbestos management guidance.
  8. Driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful Health, Safety & Compliance Manager will have:
  1. NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential); NEBOSH Diploma (desirable).
  2. Experience in Construction or FM projects.
  3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of Asbestos Management.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and Management Information tools.
