Health Economics Specialist

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated individual in Health Economics to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be required to focus on developing tools, while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional office visits and travel.

Responsibilities:

• Identify evidence gaps and stakeholder needs related to product offerings.
• Design and interpret complex health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real-world evidence and HEOR insights into business strategies.
• Develop study designs to support market access and public affairs activities.
• Generate health economic evidence and collaborate on HEOR studies.
• Create health economic sales support tools for hospital stakeholders.
• Work with sales teams and product managers to provide data-driven messaging.
• Design educational programs and training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to partners and at scientific conferences.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the NHS and experience at a UK regional, EMEA, or global level.
• Experience in market access, public affairs, and medical affairs is advantageous.
• Ability to handle pressure and complex situations with strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
