Health Economics and Outcomes Research Manager (Hybrid – London)

Salary: Up to £78,000 DOE

An excellent opportunity to join an innovative and growing pharmaceutical company, with a strategy focused on advanced therapy platforms and data science.

Our client is looking to add a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Manager to the team, who will act as a key member in the HTA function. Reporting directly to the Directors of Health Economics, you will have the opportunity to work on 42 HTAs over the next 5 years.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Strong understanding of HTA and expertise to deliver submissions
  2. Identification of critical evidence gaps early to inform global and UK opportunities to develop timely solutions
  3. Be a source of HEOR/HTA expertise, and keep up to date with new developments and trends
  4. Effectively engage with HTA bodies and effectively represent the company at HTA related meetings
  5. Delivery of the evidence and HTA submission/responses
  6. Cross-functional team management to develop HTA submission dossiers
  7. Internally communicate the HTA strategy, risks and mitigation plans to enable meaningful wide stakeholder engagement
  8. Internal and external management of suppliers of HTA deliverables
Requirements
  1. MSc in Health Economics or equivalent.
  2. Strong understanding of HTA needs and expertise in developing submissions
  3. Experience in delivering complete HTA submissions (NICE, AWMSG, and SMC)
  4. Strong working knowledge of the UK healthcare system and stakeholder management
