Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the Higher Education provision across the Health department.
2. Handle administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department.
3. Drive Higher Education recruitment in line with the College's University Centre KPIs while providing support to programme teams to help them achieve their targets.

Requirements:

1. Strong vocational background in Health or Social Care with proven experience in leading and managing teams.
2. Level 6 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field.
3. Post-16 teaching qualification.
4. Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams to achieve KPIs, with a focus on high-quality Higher Education provision.
5. Proven ability to design and implement effective teaching strategies that support Higher Education students, including those with additional needs or barriers to learning.
