This is a unique opportunity to join the team at the beautiful Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort as Health Club & Spa Manager.

We are looking for a highly experienced Health Club and Spa Manager to take full accountability for running our Spa, treatment rooms, and gym and looking after our membership.

Taking complete commercial accountability for the Spa, you will inspire and lead a team of Therapists and Fitness Instructors to maximize profit through delivering personalized treatments and build on our exemplary customer service above and beyond expectation.

As Health Club and Spa Manager, you will implement a business strategy to grow the Spa whilst taking full accountability for sales, P&L, staff development, product and health & safety. It’s a high-profile role, and as an excellent communicator and relationship builder, you will work with the General Manager, HR and Marketing teams to create customer-led strategies which increase revenue and membership and develop and secure talent within your team.

You will need to have knowledge and experience of working with luxury beauty products and know the importance of driving sales with a commercial and people-led focus.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Right to Work in the UK: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position, so candidates must provide evidence of their right to work in the UK.
2. Qualifications: It is essential that you have a level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
