Job description

Health Care Support Worker

We are looking for experienced and compassionate Health Care Support Workers to join our team.

You must have previous experience in a similar role and know how to make residents feel at ease. You will be a motivated and dependable individual with strong organisational skills. You should feel confident working both independently and as part of a team to provide the highest standard of care.

To apply for this role, you will need:
  1. The right to live and work in the UK
  2. At least 6 months of paid experience in a care or nursing home in the UK within the last year
  3. A certificate confirming you have completed a practical moving and handling course in the last 12 months - or a willingness to attend our course
  4. SSSC registration or a commitment to register upon joining TNP
  5. A certificate showing training in medication management
  6. Referee contact details covering the past 3 years, including your most recent employer
