We're looking for a dynamic and HCPC-registered Physiotherapist to join our friendly, supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a forward-thinking environment where you can make a real difference to patients' lives.

Your primary base will be ward-based at Torbay Hospital, where you'll enjoy the variety of 6-monthly rotations, including a contribution to our 7-day service.
One of these rotations will be community-based within intermediate care, providing urgent care responses. In addition, inpatient rotations may involve home visits or discharge assessments as part of facilitating smooth patient discharges.
You'll also have the opportunity to rotate through A&E, community settings, and some acute wards, allowing you to broaden your experience across a range of clinical environments.
You will provide expert physiotherapy interventions for older patients in both hospital and community settings.
You will lead and support junior physiotherapists, assistants, and students, while working within multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care.
You will play a key role in discharge planning and rehabilitation strategies, contributing to an integrated 7-day service that improves patient outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to service development and engage in research opportunities.
