Job description

Become a Health Care Assistant with UK Sponsorship. Find fulfilling job opportunities and support patients in a vital healthcare role.

Duties:
  1. To interact with clients, carers, and other professionals in an efficient manner.
  2. To appropriately support clients with their personal care needs, as outlined in their personalised care plan, in order to help them achieve their goals.
  3. To guarantee that every client is aware of the options for care and therapy that are available to them.
  4. To use personal equipment and aids, such as hoists and assistive technologies, to help clients with mobility issues and other physical limitations, such as incontinence, in accordance with their particular care plans.
  5. To use your expertise in helping customers achieve their goals in order to participate in the client review process with the team leaders and other stakeholders.

As a community care assistant, you will be assisting clients with the following needs:

  1. Helping customers with personal care tasks like dressing, toileting, and washing.
  2. Health and wellness, including prescription drugs.
  3. Meal preparation and nutrition.
  4. Observing, keeping track of, and documenting.
We are seeking health care assistants with the following skills:
  1. Empathetic, dependable, kind, patient, and caring.
  2. Totally dedicated to assisting in enhancing the lives of those in need.
  3. Able to work full-time.
Benefits

Hourly rate: £12.00 (4 weekly pay). Please be aware that starting in April, new pay rates of at least NMW will be implemented.

Complete instruction is given, but at least six months of caregiving experience is needed (interview, application form, and track references).

PPE is offered.

The correct individual can be sponsored to move to the UK if they meet the requirements (interview, application form, IELTS score >5, clear TB test results, police clearance).
