As a Health Care Assistant, you will be an active member of a hardworking team, supporting the rehabilitation of patients through the promotion of independence and planned programmes of care.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Assisting with personal care
  2. Supporting individuals whilst building a professional relationship
  3. Promoting individuals' health and well-being, ensuring they have the ability to live a good quality life

Requirements:

  1. Experience of working within a healthcare setting

  3. Excellent communication ability
  4. Awareness of the need to focus on continuous quality improvement
