Knutsford Medical Partnership is looking for a Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our dynamic healthcare team on a permanent basis at our Enhanced Access Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 clinic at Knutsford Community Hospital.
The overall responsibility will be to undertake all HCA duties in a competent and professional manner.
General duties include BP checks, ECGs, wound care, NHS Health Checks, monitoring of long-term conditions, B12 injections, and flu vaccinations. (This is not an exhaustive list).
Knutsford Medical Partnership is a friendly training practice across 5 sites. We have 11 GP Partners and 12 salaried GPs.
We have a large administration team and excellent nursing support across sites. We are forward-thinking and have a number of ARRS (clinical pharmacists, paramedics, physicians associate, social prescriber, and first contact physiotherapist) staff.
Knutsford Medical Partnership delivers GMS services, minor surgery, chronic disease management, etc. to around 23,500 patients.

To support the practice nursing team in the delivery of nursing services, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of the practice to the entitled patient population.
The Healthcare Assistant will deliver and assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion, and patient education.
