Position
Health and Wellbeing Coach
Part time, Permanent
£20,264.40 Per Year (with Expenses, Overtime And Benefits)
We would be looking to recruit people from various areas in and around: Camden, Islington, Hammersmith, Fulham, Hackney, Lewisham, Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Hounslow, Greenwich areas.
Please note you will be travelling within London Zones 1-6
The hours
- 30 hours per week
- 3 x 10-hour (not including travel time) shifts per week, any 3 days between Monday and Sunday on a rota basis.
- Any times between 6am - 10pm based on the shift patterns allocated to you by our teams.
- Rota is released 3 weeks in advance, rolling.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like..
- Plan and manage your travel to each event, whether driving or using public transport.
- Arrive on-site by 08:00 and set up your clinic and event marketing materials in line with Bluecrest and strategic partnership branding guidelines, ready for a 09:00 start.
- Greet customers and manage up to 30 x 15-minute appointments per day to maintain a smooth, timely schedule.
- Carry out health testing for height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, cholesterol levels and glucose levels, and fitness.
- Through clear, person-centred communication, you will make every contact count, encouraging individuals to take proactive steps toward improved health and wellbeing.
- Communicate effectively with the onsite contact and field support team throughout the day, reporting any issues promptly to minimise the impact on service delivery.
- Ensure high standards of infection control, test accuracy, and compliance with company policies including, but not limited to blood collection, storage, processing and handling.
- Take ownership of your schedule: manage stock levels, plan your routes to client offices in advance, care for and clean down your equipment, and pack away at the end of each day.
- Provide excellent customer service at every stage—answer questions, manage feedback or complaints professionally, and help customers feel satisfied with their experience.
- Attend all required training and keep clinical skills and knowledge up to date, including regular refreshers on point-of-care testing and assessment techniques.

Requirements
For this role, you will need..
Clinical Attributes
- Experience working in community or mobile healthcare settings (preferred).
- Confident in delivering health-related testing and sensitively discussing results.
- Familiarity delivering services to a diverse range of adults is advantageous.
- Committed to clinical best practice and ongoing professional development.
Non-Clinical Attributes
- Full UK Driving license and your own car
