Adult Health & Social Care Trainer/Assessor
Location: North East (Hybrid – Remote with Travel)
Salary: Up to £32,000
Benefits:
24 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 26 days)

Are you passionate about developing the future workforce in Adult Health & Social Care? We are looking for an experienced Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment for learners undertaking Adult Health & Social Care Diplomas at Levels 3 and 5.
As a Trainer/Assessor, you will support learners through their Diploma qualifications, ensuring they develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required for their roles. This will involve workplace observations, portfolio building, and competency-based assessments.
