Are you a Health and Safety Officer or similar from an Industrial / Manufacturing / Construction background looking for an autonomous and varied position where you will be responsible for site-based compliance at a fast-paced, leading site within a well-established company who pride themselves on their training and progression opportunities?

This well-established company has been providing its services for well over 150 years across the industrial sector and due to continual growth, they are looking to add an experienced Health and Safety Officer to their team in Glasgow.

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities include monitoring the safety of the workforce activities through audits and inspections as well as conducting some occasional in-house training for managers and operatives. You will work a Monday - Friday shift pattern of 07:30 am - 17:00 pm. This company prides itself on its ongoing training and offers a range of internal courses for all staff.

This role would suit a Health and Safety Officer or similar from an industrial background looking for a dynamic and varied role within a well-established company offering the chance of autonomy and progression to senior roles.

The Role:

• Monitor the safety of the workforce
• Inspecting and Auditing
• Work within a tight-knit team, supporting operatives
• Oversee all site-based compliance
• Monday - Friday 07:30-17:00

• Health and Safety Officer
• NEBOSH Qualified
• Industrial / Manufacturing / Construction background
• Commutable to Glasgow
