Health And Safety Officer

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a H&S Officer to join their team within this manufacturing site. The role will involve improving the H&S culture & ensuring all H&S compliance within the site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Being fully responsible for all aspects of the H&S for this manufacturing site.
2. Providing administrative support in terms of purchase orders, reports, and action plans.
3. Representing the H&S Department at various meetings.
4. Ensuring compliance of H&S controls and standards on site & that H&S communications are relevant and up-to-date.
5. Producing & providing feedback on all hazard reports & data analysis on H&S.
6. Producing reports using MS Excel and Word.
7. Championing Risk Assessment methodology - Full Training will be given.

Previous Experience:

1. NEBOSH management General Certificate.
2. Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel Spreadsheets).
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Flexibility and ability to perform a variety of duties.
5. Willingness to learn & grow & ability to work well in a team.

This is a 40-hour-a-week site-based / Monday to Friday role. Our client offers a great working environment and a good benefits package!
