Health And Safety Officer

Salary: £23.35 per hour
Work Location: Tees Valley Region
Hours Per Week: 37 hours per week
Contract Duration: 3 months with potential to extend

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Lead to join our client Corporate Governance and Finance team for approximately 3 months, with the potential to be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct health & safety audits and spot checks on the company's repairs department.
2. Perform health & safety planned inspections of the company's commercial building stock.
3. Undertake COSHH assessments and review risk assessments and safe operating procedures.
4. Address day-to-day health and safety queries.

About You:

1. NEBOSH General Certificate and/or NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
2. ISO 45001/ISO 14001 Internal Auditor.
3. Tech. IOSH Member (preferred, not essential).
