Health & Safety Manager - Construction Industry

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Conducting site inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement, and working with teams to implement changes.
2. Keeping up to date with SHE legislation, company policies, and procedures to ensure compliance across all sites.
3. Providing on-site health & safety guidance, liaising with management teams, and offering expert advice.
4. Attending regular health and safety meetings to drive best practices.
5. Leading accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing preventative measures.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in a similar Health & Safety role within the construction industry.
2. A NEBOSH or NVQ qualification (at certificate level or higher) or equivalent.
3. Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
4. A solid understanding of health and safety legislation, compliance, and best practices.
5. A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to lead by example.
