National Health and Safety Manager - Construction Sector

Role Location: South East, ideally within the M25 or M4 Corridor

Salary: 45-55k + Exceptional benefits and company car allowance

Job Type: Full-Time permanent

Health and Safety Manager - Role Overview:

This is a full-time Health and Safety Manager located in the southeast of England. The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing all health and safety operations and compliance for all new and existing sites. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving and improving efficiency and standards, policy modernisation, managing internal and external audits, incident investigation, and coordinating external training.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH certification
  • Experience managing Health and Safety in a Quarry/Production Environment
  • MPQC Level 4 Diploma in Health, Safety and Environmental Management (SHE)
  • Experience in developing and implementing safety programs
  • Previous exposure to Crushing, Entrapment, Screening
  • Understanding of Health and Safety within Metal Recovery, Aggregates, Quarrying, or Waste Management
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a demanding and regulated environment
  • Other related relevant Health and Safety qualifications.
