Are you a Health and Safety Manager, HSE Manager, Health and Safety Advisor, QHSE Advisor, or QHSE Manager looking for a hands-on health and safety management role across two sites with the support of a small team?

Health and Safety Manager responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the design, development, and robust management systems for two sites (both located in the same area).

• Conduct audits, report on findings, and make recommendations.

• Identify hazards, risk assessments, toolbox talks.

• Lead on in-house health and safety training.

• Leadership and ongoing development of a small team (3 people).

• You will work across the business, taking a hands-on approach, regularly interacting with people to promote a positive health and safety culture.

Your background as a Health and Safety Manager:

• Previous experience of working within a Health and Safety or HSE or QHSE focused position.

• Extensive knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.

• Preferably hold a NEBOSH qualification or equivalent level of experience.

• Experience of working with ISO standards 14001 and 9001 would be preferred.

• Any experience of working within an engineering, manufacturing, or facilities environment would be beneficial.

• You must hold a full driving licence to travel between two sites (very short distance between them).
