Are you a Health and Safety Manager, HSE Manager, Health and Safety Advisor, QHSE Advisor, or QHSE Manager looking for a hands-on health and safety management role across two sites with the support of a small team?

Health and Safety Manager Responsibilities:

1. Full responsibility for the design development and robust management systems for two sites (both located in the same area).
2. Conduct audits, report on findings, and make recommendations.
3. Identify hazards, risk assessments, toolbox talks.
4. Lead on in-house health and safety training.
5. Leadership and ongoing development of a small team (3 people).
6. You will work across the business, taking a hands-on approach, regularly interacting with people to promote a positive health and safety culture.

Your Background as a Health and Safety Manager:

1. Previous experience of working within a Health and Safety or HSE or QHSE focussed position.
2. Extensive knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.
3. Preferably hold a NEBOSH qualification or equivalent level of experience.
4. Experience of working with ISO standards 14001 and 9001 would be beneficial.
5. Any experience of working within an engineering, manufacturing, or facilities environment would be beneficial.
6. You must hold a full driving licence to travel between two sites (very short distance between them).
