Location: London | Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Excellent Benefits

Are you interested in joining a market leading Principal Contractor which transforms workspaces and delivers exceptional environments? We're working with an established leader within the fit-out and refurbishment sector to recruit their new Health and Safety Manager.

The company is one of the most respected Principal Contractors in the UK with an excellent track record of health and safety performance. This role is critical to ensure this is not only maintained but continually improved and developed.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:

1. Assisting, advising, and coaching contractors to ensure they can achieve the efficient and effective delivery of the health and safety strategy.
2. Conducting incident investigations to identify root causes and making recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
3. Auditing and reporting on health and safety performance.
4. Constantly assessing opportunities for health and safety improvements and sharing best practices across the organisation.

The successful Health and Safety Manager will have:

1. Proven experience in a similar role ideally within construction or civil engineering or a related industry.
2. Experience operating at site influencing and engaging key stakeholders.
3. Ideally a NEBOSH / NCRQ Diploma or NVQ5 (or equivalent) and Grad IOSH status.

This position will require an individual who is passionate about health and safety and high performance.
