We're partnering with a well-established leader in the fit-out and refurbishment sector to recruit their next Health & Safety Manager. The company has experienced rapid growth in recent months and has built a strong reputation for outstanding health and safety performance. This role is essential in maintaining those high standards while driving continuous improvement and development across the business.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:

  1. Providing guidance, coaching, and support to contractors, ensuring the successful implementation of the health and safety strategy.
  2. Investigating incidents to determine root causes and recommending measures to prevent recurrence.
  3. Conducting audits and producing reports on health and safety performance.
  4. Identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting best practices throughout the organisation.

The successful Health and Safety Manager will have:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role within construction, civil engineering, or a related industry.
  2. Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders on-site.
  3. NEBOSH General or equivalent
