The Role
As Health & Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company policies while fostering a strong safety culture. 4. Inspections & Audits:
Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc health & safety inspections and audits to drive improvements and ensure procedures are being followed.
  5. Engagement & Communication:
Foster a strong health & safety culture by engaging with colleagues at all levels through behavioural observations, coaching, analysis, and open communication. Provide coaching, advice, and support to ensure robust and well-maintained safe systems of work. Facilitate effective communication across all channels, ensuring health & safety awareness through meetings, briefings, and site forums.

What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership skills, promoting a positive health & safety culture. An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify risks and implement effective solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
