Health and Safety Manager

Responsibilities for this Health and Safety Manager role:

1. Lead the full end to end process from development of health and safety initiatives to implementation and management.
2. Conduct regular audits, assessments, and inspections to ensure sites are adhering to regulatory compliance.
3. Ensure that all teams throughout the business are following health and safety regulations.
4. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and organisations.
5. Continuously evaluate health and safety conditions throughout the wider business and keep up to date with industry changes.

Key Requirements for this Health and Safety Manager role:

1. Proven experience working in a senior health and safety capacity in a complex environment, ideally 2-3 years.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Masters/Postgraduate desired.
3. Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.
4. Professional certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH (CMIOSH), or equivalent).
5. Full UK Valid Driver’s Licence.

Package offered for this Health and Safety Manager role:

Salary: up to £65,000 (depending on skills and experience)
