Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HSQE Manager to uphold our clients' high standards of health and safety across projects. Reporting to the HSQE Director, you will play a pivotal role in implementing safety management systems and promoting a positive safety culture throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with UK and EU health and safety regulations.
  2. Implement and maintain safety management systems on all projects.
  3. Conduct site inspections and audits, addressing any identified risks.
  4. Deliver training and toolbox talks to enhance safety awareness.
  5. Investigate incidents and enforce preventive measures.
  6. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies on safety matters.

Requirements:

  1. NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  2. Proven health and safety experience, ideally in construction.
  3. Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.
  4. Willingness to go onsite as needed - 70% site work, 30% desk work.

This role requires full-time site work; there is no remote work opportunity.
