Health and Safety Advisor / Senior Advisor

Do you have 2-3 years Health and Safety experience as a minimum?
Do you hold a Nebosh or equivalent?
Do you have Manufacturing / Warehouse / Factory experience? (essential)

CORE TARGETS

• We need someone to build staff 'buy-in' to HSE
• We need a confident person who wants to be visible on site with their presence very important to building culture
• Produce and develop a robust training and HSE documentation system (skills matrix / tick lists)
• Attain balance between strong admin and being visible on site

• RAMS
• Help achieve compliance to both internal auditing and external / customer audits and specifications
• Promote a safety first culture without 'red tape' and paperwork heavy mind-set
• Inductions, inspections, toolbox talks, PPE and signage management
• Weekly reporting

• Need to understand it's a Manufacturing / warehouse / factory environment - so, many moving parts and associated duties / culture
• Company developing its compliance from top to bottom
• Need a down to earth attitude whilst implementing Health and Safety focused culture

• Strong IT / Systems skills
• Firm but personable attitude
• Resilience and patience
• Driving licence
