We have an exciting opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor to support Crown House Technologies Manufacturing (CHtM), which operates from our 12,000m² manufacturing facility in the Midlands. Our experienced team at CHtM has unrivalled experience in the manufacture of bespoke MEP modules, delivering solutions for projects nationwide, created to support our projects and reduce time and improve quality.
At Laing O'Rourke, we are looking for a positive-minded Health & Safety Advisor who will embrace changes and will enthusiastically engage and listen to promote open communications. A H&S Advisor who can build trust and respect of operational teams and peers, as well as understanding their motivation, beliefs, and behaviours. As Health and Safety Advisor, you will provide local advice and support to assist managers and staff to fulfil their health and safety responsibilities to the high standards demanded by the business. Carry out relevant H&S assurance activities, providing confidence to the business that operational effectiveness of all relevant processes is being delivered.
