Health & Safety Advisor – Hull

£40,000 - £55,000 + Package

We are working with a leading main contractor delivering large-scale industrial projects valued between £50m - £150m. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join their team and ensure the highest safety standards across their sites.

The Role:

As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the delivery of HSE policies and procedures across major construction projects.
• Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation and company standards.
• Providing training, guidance, and advice to site teams.
• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions.
• Producing HSE reports and maintaining accurate records.

The Ideal Candidate:

• NEBOSH-qualified (or equivalent) with experience in construction.
• Previous experience with main contractors on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK health & safety regulations.
• Confident in delivering training and toolbox talks.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
