About Our Client

Leading client in the education sector, based in Wandsworth, London.

Job Description

  1. Manage and implement a broad range of Occupational Health & Safety practices on-site.
  2. Oversee and ensure regulatory compliance across the property, with a focus on building-related safety and legislation.
  3. Lead a small team of safety professionals and contractors, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations.
  4. Deliver and maintain safe working conditions and a proactive safety culture across the site.
  5. Advise on health and safety improvements and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring ongoing compliance with all relevant legislation.

The Successful Applicant

  1. NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or currently studying).
  2. Strong knowledge of property-related legislation and building technical safety.
  3. In-depth understanding of Occupational Health & Safety and regulatory compliance.
  4. Proven experience managing small teams, including contractors.
  5. Experience in a similar Health & Safety or compliance role, ideally within a property or educational setting.
