To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Health and Fitness Manager to join the centre.

As the Health and Fitness Manager you will be an ambassador for our member services, studio and gym floor signature products. Bringing our gym floor programming to life ensuring that your team deliver the required consistent standards.

The role is to accommodate the ever-changing demand in member non-paid and paid services within the arena of Health and Fitness, ensuring that our teams are delivering an unrivalled service model within every centre.

You will lead an expert team of Health and Fitness Professionals including Leisure Team Apprentices, the Health and Fitness Coach team, Rental Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors.

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free membership plus other various discounts.

The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who, like the members of staff, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.

You will also have a good standard of personal presentation, communication, and customer service skills.

It is essential that you have a Level 2 Fitness Instruction and Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification for you to be considered for this role.

It is desirable that you hold any group training qualifications (Circuits, Indoor Cycle HIIT Training), however full training will be provided.
