HEADTEACHER - Required for September 2025
Salary L17 L23 (Leadership scale)
NOR: 423 (including Nursery)

Are you a practising Catholic with the drive and enthusiasm to lead our school? Due to the retirement of our current Headteacher, the children, staff and governors at St Ann’s are seeking a new Headteacher who is committed to building an exceptional and caring learning environment where all members of the school community can thrive. We are looking for an individual to take on the role from September 2025, though the Governing Body would consider a January 2026 start for the right candidate.

We are looking for a strong, dynamic and inspirational leader who:

  1. has the vision and dedication to take on the challenge of leading the school as it continues to settle into its new school building setting (opened September 2024)
  2. has a clear strategic direction and ambitious vision for the school in its new setting
  3. will challenge and empower all members of the community, to ensure high levels of personal development for both pupils and staff
  4. will develop and sustain a culture of learning across the whole school
  5. will foster children’s enjoyment of learning whilst ensuring that all pupils are supported to realise their potential
  6. will continue to develop the respectful and inclusive ethos of our school
