The restaurant works tightly as a team, so we seek an experienced head waiter / waitress who collaborates with everybody and inspires. Experience in very high-volume sales and the ability to drive business within a premium restaurant is essential.

We will give you the freedom to express your ideas and implement them. A strong working knowledge of cocktails and wine is essential, along with an understanding of late nights and live musicians.

As a head server, you will have:

• Wine Knowledge
• Planning, organizing, and coming up with creative working ideas
• Passion for customer service
• Strong guest focus
• Strong management skills
• The ability to think on your feet and come up with conclusive ideas
• Problem identification and resolution skills

The Ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in a similar bar and restaurant that serves great fresh food, ideally from a brasserie style environment or quality gastro pub
• Able to work with teams of over 20+ staff
• Understanding of events
• Able to work in a high-demanding environment
• Familiar with high volume
• MUST have a good understanding of bar and floor operations experience with food
• Flexible in working late night hours
• Used to a customer service background
• Proactive and able to think on their feet
• Experienced in dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority

The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills along with the passion and commitment to drive excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in a food & drink brasserie style environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
