Head Tractor Driver job - Wiltshire

Due to retirement, we have an exciting position available for an enthusiastic operator. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to solve problems rather than create them!

A good sense of humour and the ability to work as part of a young, dynamic team are essential.

The work involves being the head tractor driver, operating a Fendt 939/936 for all cultivation and ground work, including drilling, fertilizing, big baling (120x90), silaging, and muckspreading on a large mixed farm. The job will also include hauling materials for a Bio Digester, along with a small amount of general farm work.

The candidate should have the ability and experience to drive a bulldozer and a 360 slew. Additionally, being mechanically minded with the capability to assist with repairs and workshop maintenance is required.

A good rate of pay will be offered, depending on experience.
