Hours: 30 hours per week (0.8 FTE) with some evening and weekend working

Salary: OTR Band D | Starting salary £40,548 - £53,369 (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Permanent

This new role, which is a critical part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), will provide support and drive the growth, development and delivery of our Youth Services across communities in Bristol, North Somerset, and South Glos. (BNSSG).


The Post Holder Will:
  • Provide leadership across OTR’s youth services and projects, developing managerial and leadership qualities of Team Managers.
  • Manage OTR’s contractual relationships, liaise with and build strategic alliances with other VCSE and public sector providers, and work with the CEO and wider SLT to influence the sector systems for CYP emotional, mental health, and wellbeing support.
  • Monitor the progress of OTR’s strategic priorities regarding OTR’s EDI agenda and operational reporting against agreed KPI’s to the CEO, external stakeholders, and Board of Trustees.
