Hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm + Saturdays 9.00am to 2.00pm (all on a rota basis)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Secure instructions in line with business targets and goals.
  2. Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Position Knight Frank at the heart of the South Hampshire market, identifying new business opportunities and taking our regional presence to new heights.
  4. Manage financials, streamline processes, and maintain operational excellence.
  5. Collaborate with the Sub-Divisional Head to develop and implement strategic business plans for the region.

  2. A seasoned property professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership, and a deep understanding of the South Hampshire market.

  4. A proven track record in conducting market appraisals, sales strategy, and client relationship management.
