Head of Treasury Transformation

I am currently partnered with a large technology business in their search for a Head of Treasury Transformation.

Reporting to the Group Treasurer, the role will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of a group-wide finance transformation and lead on all treasury transformation initiatives.

Headline transformation areas include:

• Financial Risk Management
• Liquidity and Cash Management
• Treasury Operations
• Systems, UAT
• Centralisation and Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
• Talent Development

Strategic projects include:

• Develop and continuously evolve a comprehensive treasury transformation roadmap.
• Drive transformation initiatives with the design, implementation, and optimisation of global treasury processes, systems, and controls.
• Lead M&A integration from a treasury perspective.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in treasury management to help drive continuous improvement and innovation across the treasury function.
