Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Aviation Training Implementation Lead to join them on a short-term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation, providing class leading aviation support.
Role: Head of Training/Chief Pilot (CBTA Deployment Lead & Instructor Focal).
Location: Gatwick Airport or Manchester Airport, Hybrid or virtual will be considered.
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract ASAP Start until December 2025. Likely extension or permanent employment.
IR35 Status: Inside.
Travel: Expect to travel up to 50%.
Our major OEM client supports customer airlines with the implementation of CBTA (Competency-Based Training and Assessment) & EBT (Evidence based Training). This is a safety enhancing program. This contract role is to provide additional support and capacity within our client's global CBTA Deployment team during 2025. The CBTA Deployment team is part of our client's training solutions and is dedicated to the development of capable and resilient commercial aviation professionals. Their training products are trusted worldwide and are backed by our client's knowledge and research to increase learning efficacy and enhance aviation safety.
