Job Description

As the Head of Technology, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading technology evolution. You’ll develop and implement innovative solutions to support investment research, trading, fund accounting, compliance, and operational processes. By fostering a collaborative and agile environment, you’ll enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and empower teams across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the firm's technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
Manage and inspire a high-performing technology team and external providers.
Oversee the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective investments.

Infrastructure & Security

Optimize and secure technology infrastructure, collaborating with an MSP for core services.
Maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Applications & Data

Enhance data management and governance strategies to support analytics and reporting.
Drive application integration to meet the needs of trading, operations, and compliance teams.
Develop and oversee advanced data analytics frameworks, including AI and generative tools.

Innovation & Vendor Management

Stay ahead of technology trends, leveraging emerging tools for competitive advantage.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and negotiate optimal contracts.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in technology leadership within financial services or a similar field.
Strong track record in team management, stakeholder collaboration, and project delivery.
Expertise in regulatory compliance, data governance, and cybersecurity.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, O365, Power Platform
Experience with advanced data analytics, AI tools, and software development.
