We are seeking an outstanding leader to head our Technology and Customer Operations teams. This pivotal role unites customer operations and digital services, embodying the Council’s vision of technology as a driving force that delivers exceptional customer services. The department oversees essential functions such as revenues and benefits, and manages high-profile services like parking. This role is at the heart of our transformation, and your leadership will advance operational efficiency, ensuring greater, more impactful outcomes for our residents.

As Head of Technology and Customer Operations, you will play a central role in driving transformation across the Council. You must be hands-on, strategic, and a leader who bridges the gap between people and processes. Technology must enhance service delivery. Your values must align with Elmbridge’s - Care, Collaborate, and Continuous Improvement. This role is front-facing, requiring excellent interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders. A background in technology leadership, perhaps from outside the public sector, could bring fresh energy.
