We are seeking an outstanding leader to head our Technology and Customer Operations teams. This role is pivotal as it unites customer operations and digital services, embodying the council’s vision of technology as a driving force that delivers exceptional customer services. The department oversees essential functions such as revenues and benefits and manages high-profile services like parking. This role is at the heart of our transformation. Your leadership will advance operational efficiency, ensuring greater, more impactful outcomes for our residents.

As Head of Technology and Customer Operations, you will play a central role in driving transformation across the council. You must be hands-on and strategic, bridging the gap between people and processes. Technology must enhance service delivery. This role is front-facing, requiring excellent interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across a range of services.
