Job Description
- Oversee the Supply Chain function from end to end.
- Develop and drive long-term supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and growth.
- Implement successful change management practices across suppliers, products, and menus.
- Orchestrate short, medium, and long-term demand forecasts at the SKU item level.
- Manage new openings, in the UK & EU, from a supply chain perspective, ensuring successful rollouts.
- Track, report, and provide insights on key inventory management KPIs.
- Ensure precise inventory placement to meet restaurant requirements.
- Responsible for supply chain contingency planning.
- Optimise inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to refine business demand plans and improve supply chain processes.
The Successful Applicant
- +10 years' experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Background in the QSR/Food/FMCG industry is required.
- Solid analytical and numerical abilities.
- Leadership skills and team management experience.
- Availability to travel across the UK and EU.
