Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain leader to drive operational efficiency and process improvements. This role offers an opportunity to shape supply chain strategy and optimize logistics, procurement, and planning functions across multiple industries.

Main Accountabilities:

As Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, inventory management, and logistics. The role requires a strategic leader with a passion for process optimization and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee demand and supply planning, forecasting processes, and alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure efficient business planning and data-driven decision-making to support operational excellence.
• Lead and develop Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Implement integrated business planning to enhance coordination and communication across functions.
• Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, focusing on inventory management, lead time reduction, and on-time delivery.
• Conduct capacity planning in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive implementation of key supply chain infrastructure and process improvement projects.
• Optimize material scheduling to align with business requirements and inventory targets.

Essential Experience and Skills:

• Strong experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) methods and process improvements.
• Background in supply chain planning, logistics, and operational efficiency.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency improvements and implement best practices.
• Commercial and customer-focused mindset.
• Collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
• Ability to introduce innovative solutions and drive change.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S4 Hana.
