As they approach their 10th anniversary, they are looking to produce a revolutionary set of products and services that will transform the travel industry beyond recognition.

We are seeking a talented Head of Software Development to grow and manage their award-winning team of .NET Developers. For our client, engineering isn't just a job but a practice that they want to perfect. They aim to keep their systems modular, their code clean, and their documentation clear, and they follow the idea of leaving things better than how you found it. It's not just about the code — putting the right processes and tools in place to make developers happy and efficient is important to our client because it gives their .NET Developer the time to focus on polishing the product.

Responsibilities:

1. Grow and manage a team of .NET Developers.
2. Work closely with architects and make high-level technical decisions.
3. Ensure systems are modular, code is clean, and documentation is clear.

Qualifications:

Applicants should come from a strong background in building large teams of .NET Developers. Although you will not be coding in this role, you should have a good grasp of technologies such as: .NET 6, .NET Core 3.1 / ASP.NET MVC, Azure, Angular 11, Solid, DRY, LINQ, multithreading, Microservices, RESTful, Web API 2, JavaScript, HTML5, Agile, and SQL Server 2019.
