The role
As a Head of Service Operations, you’ll lead a team of IT professionals, producing both bespoke software applications and integrated Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) products for a customer base of 10,000 users within an organisation that has a longevity of project work within the Defence and Civil Nuclear arenas.
Day-to-day, you’ll provide specialist knowledge management and technical expertise on a range of products, technologies and collaborative solutions that support both the internal and external, predominantly within the Defence and Civil Nuclear arenas.
