What You Will Do:

1. Lead on the operational running of security and BCM/resilience outputs in support of strategic delivery outcomes.
2. Support functional directors, programmes, and employees in executing the security strategy and maintaining operational resilience.
3. Integrate and align security and compliance effects to the strategic outcomes required of the business.
4. Influence senior stakeholders across the business and all security disciplines to achieve effective and efficient outcomes.
5. Lead the security SMEs and business team in execution of the security strategy.
6. Support cross-functional senior stakeholders in optimising efficiency and effectiveness of outputs to mitigate business risk.

What You Will Bring:

1. Extensive experience within the security industry, ideally with a background in HM Armed Forces.
2. In-depth working knowledge of HMG and industry standard security policy, standards, and good practice guidance.
3. Experience in conducting security compliance audits and risk assessments.
4. Strong decision-making abilities and the capability to work with diverse operational activities.
5. Excellent leadership and collaborative experience across multiple security disciplines.
