Job description

Eleanor, is looking for a Head of Sales to lead our UK sales efforts and elevate our presence across the region. If you have an impeccable eye for talent, a deep network of industry contacts, and an insatiable drive to champion brilliant storytelling, this is your opportunity to shape the next chapter of Eleanor’s expansion.

As Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth, fostering key industry relationships, and ensuring Eleanor’s roster of directors is at the forefront of the industry’s most exciting creative opportunities. Reporting to and working closely with Eleanor’s leadership, you will help cement our reputation as the go-to company for superior craft, breakthrough talent, and masterful execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, brands, and platforms, ensuring Eleanor is top of mind for the most exciting opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a bold sales strategy that positions Eleanor as a powerhouse in the UK and beyond.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding our footprint across advertising, branded content, and emerging creative formats.
  • Lead proactive outreach, keeping Eleanor ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Strategically cross-sell our roster of directors, ensuring their talents are fully leveraged across different verticals.
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth and expand Eleanor’s market share.
Director & Talent Development:
  • Actively champion Eleanor’s directors, positioning them for high-profile, career-defining opportunities.
  • Maintain strong communication with directors to understand their goals and ensure their work is showcased to the right agencies and brands.
  • Scout, nurture, and advocate for new and unexpected talent, further strengthening Eleanor’s roster.
  • Provide strategic insights into market trends, client demands, and competitor positioning to ensure Eleanor’s directors remain ahead of the game.
Industry Engagement & Brand Visibility:
  • Be an influential presence at key industry events, award shows, and festivals, representing Eleanor with confidence and authority.
  • Host curated screenings and private showcases to introduce Eleanor’s talent and work to top-tier agencies and brands.
  • Work with Eleanor’s leadership and marketing team to amplify Eleanor’s presence across PR, social platforms, and industry publications.
