Head of Sales - Fragrance Industry | Remote (With occasional National / International travel as required)

Up to £100,000 + performance bonus / Day rate contract option available

Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Sales for an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing fragrance brand. This is a pivotal role for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about the fragrance industry and ready to lead the charge in scaling a premium brand at a key stage in its growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact B2B sales strategy, driving new business opportunities, and shaping the commercial strategy both in the UK and internationally. This is a chance to work with a fast-paced and innovative brand, offering significant influence and autonomy in shaping the business' direction.

Key Responsibilities - Head of Sales:

  1. Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy aligned with business growth goals
  2. Utilize existing contacts to secure new business opportunities across the UK and Europe
  3. Build partnerships across retail, wholesale, private label, and distribution sectors
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with broader brand strategy
  5. Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics
  6. Recruit, lead and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a strong performance culture
  7. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to guide decision-making
  8. Represent the brand externally with credibility, authority, and passion

Ideal Candidate Profile - Head of Sales:
  1. Proven track record in B2B sales, within the Fragrance industry, driving growth and establishing new relationships
  2. Experience in sales leadership roles, with success in driving growth and building high-performing teams
  3. Strong contact network within the UK / European fragrance and beauty industry
  4. In-depth knowledge of the UK retail, wholesale, and distribution landscape
  5. Commercially astute, data-driven, and confident in senior-level negotiations
  6. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  7. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, remote-first environment
  8. Genuine passion for fragrance and a strong understanding of the craft behind it
