Job description

This is a key role of high importance in terms of representing and promoting Insignia, Group of Companies brand of exclusive premium financial services and luxury lifestyle management products for UHNW clients and businesses. The role’s major goals will include the following challenges: building and developing a sales department strategy ensuring constant sales volume increase and creating organizational structure for a productive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a key representative of Insignia, Group of Companies in the UK.
  2. Represent and promote the companies name and business on the European market of financial and luxury services.
  3. As a key member of the International Sales Management team participate in any international sales activities.
  4. Responsible for sales in the UK and internationally plan execution.
  5. Create the best possible client portfolio in terms of quantity and quality.
  6. Contribute to develop and implement a sales model/concept for UK as part of the International Sales activities and plans.
  7. Elaborate sales and marketing approach for the region and develop sales channels in liaison with the International Sales and Marketing teams.
  8. Define and manage sales budget.
  9. Create sales/business development department: definition of an effective structure, recruitment and coaching of staff, development and implementation of motivation system, definition of policies for UK in liaison with International Sales team.
  10. Develop relationships with corporate partners and sales agents in the region.
  11. Manage and guide the sales department’s activity.
  12. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
  13. Define learning needs for sales staff, establish areas of development and establish a training program.
  14. Develop regulating documents (instructions, rules) for the sales department also aligned with the International Sales team.
  15. Ensure the sales staff provide effective collaboration with company’s other departments.
  16. Participate in modernization and development of the company’s products for UK as well as other International regions.
  17. Participate in events, meetings, and business trips.
  18. Cooperate with all company units to aid business and organizational development.
  19. Business development of company’s different activities.

Professional Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of successful Sales team creation and elaboration of Sales Systems.
  2. Proven track record in dealing and working with HNW clients, UHNW clients and private banks.
  3. Strong links with luxury and financial markets.
  4. Excellent negotiation and people management skills.
  5. Self-driven, ambitious, results oriented with positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  6. A natural leader and macro manager.
  7. Comfortable to negotiate at all levels.

Varies the argumentation and the ways of its presentation. If not charismatic, then he/she is supposed to have other qualities that will inspire respect in subordinates.
